I have stayed loyal to WordPress for quite awhile now. Compared to Blogger, WordPress was a good step up. It was dependable and secure. It had nice layouts and after a few months of playing around with my layout I found one that I loved.
However, WordPress has become boring for me. There is only so much that I can do with it, with limited computer knowledge WordPress just isn’t very user friendly in terms of putting your own personal tweaks. It’s just not giving me the motivation or inspiration to continue writing as I was before.
I’ve decided that my best course of action would be starting up again from scratch. Awhile ago I came across a website called Weebly in which you could publish your own websites for free, or choose to purchase your own domain. I’ve decided that unless I learn how to do all that fancy computer stuff on my own, Weebly might be what I need. It’s pretty user friendly, and for the vision I have for my little space on the web, it fits my needs.
I will be purchasing my own domain in the future. I want to build up the site a bit more-get something solid established before I take the plunge.

Exactly the same reason I left WP. I tried putting your new address in Google Reader but couldn’t identify it.

Really!! Thats awesome. I too have a few issues with WP. Blogger was much easier for me to use. Hmm…I might check that out. THANK YOU

I look forward to seeing what you are doing new, but I am more than satisfied with Word Press. They provide outstanding and almost instant service free of charge. That’s hard to come by in today’s world.

I tried WP a while ago but could not figure it out.. and I pretend to be somewhat savvy with HTML even.
I like the look of the new place so far! I’ll change my links once you get set up there.
