In an attempt to procrastinate from cleaning the bathroom, I thought that it would be a great time to finally pass on the awards that I have received over the last week or so.

The first award I was given was the “Inspirational Blogger Award” which was awarded by Blancodeviosa. Her reason for giving me this award was “Her life is crazy, but she never fails to amuse me. A very sweet lady indeed.” If you recall, I gave you the opportunity to win this award…sadly you guys didn’t give me much to work with but that’s okay. I have come up with my winners.

CableGirl for her “Make Up Monday” posts. Even though I don’t actively participate, reading about her weekly goals gives me some motivation for certain of my own tasks.

‘liya, ‘liya is a new teacher…and from reading her blog already a much loved teacher. I wish I had a million teachers like her when I was still in school.

Scribbler, she enjoys writing and loves to share her work with others.

Glamourpuss is inspirational because not only does she do something she absolutely loves, she stands up for something that quite a few people would deem inappropriate. She does a GREAT job at educating others about the beauty of pole dancing. And she is a terrific writer to boot.

Jay…Over the last few months Jay has been thrown entirely too many lemons…and well, she has managed to keep her cool and still made people laugh. So she is definitely an Inspiration.

While my internet was not working, I was given another award by Mau…the “Nice Matter Award” and according to the description: “This award is for those bloggers who are nice people; good blog friends and those who inspire good feelings and inspiration. Also for those who are a positive influence on our blogging world. Once you’ve been awarded please pass it on to others who you feel are deserving of this award.”

Mau passed this award to me because: “Silverneurotic is one of those nice people. She always comes around to visit, and drops a little comment. Her blog is quite entertaining….and her life is quite different from my life, but there is always a touch of intrigue…..just to keep you coming back for more.” So a bit thanks goes to Mau.

Now, I’m suppose to pass this award on to several more people.  Personally, I feel that every single person in my blog roll is worthy of this award.  I will honestly say that there has not been a “mean” person to stop by my blog.  I’m very lucky in that regard.  I do want to mention one “new” blogger in particular however.  He is a very good friend of mine in “real life” as opposed to “internet life” and I think he’s worthy of some love.  Hey, he’s put up with my wacky eccentric ways for many years now…so that’s pretty damn nice!  So please direct your attention to ClearThinker42.
